Hi, kiz,

Was Office pre-installed on your system?

What is the filename that it asks for?

I believe it's looking for Microsoft Publisher. Do you have a Publisher CD,
or was it ever installed on your system? Use that CD when prompted.

Was Publisher pre-installed on your system by an original equipment
manufacturer?

If you cannot re-point to your CD (and the file doesn't exist anyway), check
the Windows Control Panel to see if there are a couple of versions of
Publisher installed and uninstall the one you don't want.

Then re-install the version that you have, and the Windows Installer may
stop being confused about where to look for the installation files during
updates.

I am having the same problem but cannot find 2 versions of Publisher on my
system. There ARE two folders for Publisher- one with application data, the
other with clipart. Next??
