go to control panel, mail and create a new profile with the correct account
types.

Have you created a profile so Outlook knows to pull your mail and where to
get it? Are you connected to the internet when you open Outlook so that it
can reach your ISP mail server?
If you don't know your ISP mail settings, check their website for
information or call them.
