I can't seem to send an email link using outlook

System trys to send links using outlook express instead of Outlook (outlook express does not work).

I use Outlook as my primary email. I'd like to always link to outlook when sending links or pages via email. How do I entirely disable outlook express. I've tried removing OE at the control panel and it didn't seem to help. Thanks.

Don't remove OE - Outlook uses some of its components. In control panel,
internet options, programs, make sure Outlook is set as the default mail
client. If it currently is, change it to OE, apply, then back to Outlook,
apply. Does that work?
