I Do Not See Picture Files

I get this error "The dimensions after cropping are too small or too large"
and all that appears in the document is the frame. I too tried the
suggestions from garfield-n-odie with the same results; did not work. Does
anyone have the answer?

Maybe because whatever suggestion you're referring to was one I
offered for a completely different problem than the one you have?
