I do not want changes tracked on a form I created

I created a form for users to populate. When I send to
users to test it - their entries show as tracked changes
vs. as text being inputted into the form.

Every feature I check for tracking changes/markup/track
formatted changes is unchecked but it won't go away.

HELLLLLLLLP, I do not know what else to do.

All suggestions will be tried at this point.

Track Changes must be enabled on the users' end. Tell them to turn it off.
