I dont even use Free/Busy feature, how to turn off?

I have outlook 2002, and Im not sure why this is happening
but, I need get it to stop. I keep getting an error
message that says " unable to update Internet Free/Busy
Information". I went to tools/ options / calender / and
turned everything off possble. Any ideas would help. It
pops up about every 3 minutes.
