I don't have a product ID number for the box that keeps popping up to enter
the product key. It's not where it's supposed to be - located under
Resources and About. Where is it??

No, that's not where it's supposed to be. It's supposed to be on an orange
label on your CD case.

The product ID number should be there but the pop up is asking for the
CD key needed for installatin which is a different thing. It should be
where JoAnn said, on an orange label attached to the CD case.
