I don't like to Share.... my borders

I want to create a border on a page that is not shared by other pages. If
this is possible, how is it achieved?

I believe what Kevin is alluding to is that you have to have a little
knowledge of HTML to accomplish this. You'll need to code the page so that it
doesn't use shared borders. I'd start by bring the page you don't want the
border on up in design view, then go to Format...Shared Borders and clear the
checkboxes of the borders you don't want on that page. (Make sure the
"Current Page" option button is selected or the change will be global.)

Hope this helps.

Well, actually, I was referring to the fact that he wants a "border" on one
page only. Shared Borders render HTML, the same in every page. If you don't
want to duplicate the "border" in other pages, you can simply put the HTML
into the page. No FrontPage components necessary. Of course, you can
certainly use FrontPage to create the HTML.

No problemo, John. Your post pointed out the fact that my post could be
misinterpreted. So, I clarified. That's a GOOD thing, as Martha Stewart
would say!

Use a FP Include page instead of shared borders
