I get an error installing Business Contact Manager - "setup faile.

I have read other posts from people with this same problem and found no
answers yet. The error message during the business contact manager
installation is "Setup failed to configure the server. Refer to the server
error logs and setup error logs for more information." I have looked at the
logs and they don't tell ME anything. Has anyone been able to correct this
and install the contact manager?
