I get an error when I use the send to link from Picture Manager.

When I select one or more pictures in Picture Manager, click Send To Mail
Recipient, then pick my options on the Task Pane and then click Create
Message, I get the following error:

The message could not be created. If Outlook is running, make sure it has
no open dialog boxes.

Outlook IS set as my default email program.
There are no dialog boxes open in Outlook.
I get the message whether Outlook is running or not.
The Send To Email Recipient function works from Word, Excel and Adobe Reader.
