I made a new form in contacts and selected it as the form to be used for
all contacts and now I can't open it or even create a new contact. When
I click on the 'new' button to creat a new contact a message pops up
explaining that "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error.
If the problem persists, restart Outlook. " How do I fix this or reset
it back to normal(with the original contact form)?
