Probably easier using a graphics program. See if you have Microsoft Photo
Editor. Open your image, click "Image", "Rotate", "By degree", and set your
amount. Resave it, then insert it back in PowerPoint.
Instead of the above, you can also try selecting the image within
PowerPoint, click the "Draw" button on the Drawing Toolbar, select "Rotate",
"Free rotate", click a round green handle and fix it to your needs.
