i have H.P.xp and i can't open power point my programs are pre-in.

PowerPoint is not included in Windows XP, which is your operating system. When
you purchased your computer, did it specify that Microsoft Office 2003 was
included? If so, were you told which Office programs were included? If you are
unsure or you believe that you didn't get what you expected to get with your
purchase, you should contact whomever you purchased the computer from.
