I have installed Office XP & 2000 on the same unit?

I erroneously installed both Office XP & 2000 over each other. It has
created a version conflict not allowing me to use either version. I cannot
uninstall either installation. Must I re-format my primary drive and start
over to correct this problem?

It is possible for Office XP and Office 2000 to coexist on the same
computer. Maybe if you quote in their entirety the error messages that
you are seeing, someone might be able to suggest a solution.

thank you sir. i found an article in the knowledge base that instructed me
to use the Windows Install Cleanup Utility which allowed me to get a clean
install. I really appreciate your response.
