I have MS Office. Am I able to download business card templates?

I am currently usisng MS Office and wanted to download some business cards. I
was reading the EULA and was not sure if I could download this template.
There were a lot of legal terms that kind of threw me off. Help with this if
possible.

Shaun,

Anything you see on Microsoft website is available for anybody to
download and use for personal, non commercial use.

Commercial use is also allowed for most items but this is subject to
EULA agreements.

In short, whatever you can download officially is for you to use.
