I have outlook but when i send e-mails they stay in my outbox

Do I have to enable something to get Outlook going?

You have set up an account in Outlook? You have checked the settings and
tried a test mail?

Did you set up an Outlook profile according to the settings your ISP provided
you? Check their website for instructions.
