i have problems with my product key.

Vanessa

i have a problem with my product key.
when i tried to set up microsoft word, i typed the trial key, and then in a
new window, it was told e to typed the product key to a full version of
microsoft word, something like that, but it appeared a message that saud tha
the 25 prtoduct key was wrong, so i looked under my computer, and there was
another product key. I typed it but it also said that is wrong.
The trial "something" will expired on november 30th What can i do?. Does it
mean that after that day i won't be able to use Word?. or Do i have to get a
new product key from internet? Is not supposed that when i purchased the
computer, the real product key was included?, because i'm using Microsoft XP,
but i just have this problem with office.
Somebody help me please. Vanessa

Well done!

and

No you weren't. I suggest you read that screen again. It's asking you for
the full product key. This is the key you need to purchase from MS to
convert the trial to a full version.

something like that, but it appeared
a message that saud tha the 25 prtoduct key was wrong, so i looked

And when you were staring at that label on the bottom of your computer, you
obviously didn't look at it closely enough. Have another look at the label
and tell me what it says.
The trial "something" will expired on november 30th What can i do?

As I see it you have two choices: -

1) Purchase a licence key
2) Remove the trial and revert to a previous version of Office (note that
the previous version must be retail and not OEM).

Does it mean that after that day i won't be able to use Word?

Congratulations! You're not as stupid as you first appeared! And there was I
thinking that a brain-damaged baboon was typing this message....

or Do
i have to get a new product key from internet?

No because, as Mummy should have taught you, that's called stealing and
stealing is wrong.

Is not supposed that
when i purchased the computer, the real product key was included?

OK, I apologise profusely and retract my original statement - you *ARE* as
stupid as this message makes you appear!

Read the documentation that was supplied with the system - does it state
that it included "Microsoft Office full version"?! I highly doubt it.
because i'm using Microsoft XP, but i just have this problem with
office.

No, you're using /Windows XP/, dear. Microsoft is a /company/ *NOT* an
/application/ - and your problem isn't with Office, it's with yourself. If
you're too stupid to understand the meaning of the word 'trial' then you're
beyond any assistance anyone here can give! May I suggest you avail yourself
of English for Preschoolers?
