You don't have a question because questions end in question marks and you
don't appear to know what one is - it's that little squiggle that ends in a
full stop/period and looks like '?'.

1) Word has a help file - may I suggest you use it?!

2) In answer to your second 'question' (though you appear not to know
what a question mark is) - you have the application why don't you use it
(or RTFM/STFH). Then you can find out if "that in their to" (eww!! If my old
English teacher had to read the garbage that is posted here on a daily basis
it would probably kill her!)

Um, this is an awkard, incorrectly punctuated sentence with no question
mark. Tsk, tsk, what would your old English teacher think? Garbage?

Certainly you may use Outlook Express for sending and
receiving e-mail messages from your computer, and certainly
you can use MS Word 2003 for word processing.

To use WordArt in MS Word, right click on a blank space in
the toolbar. In the list that opens, click just to the left
of "Drawing" Then click on the WordArt icon (a letter "A"
that is slightly tilted to the right.
