I modified my outlook 2007 so I cannot see messages help?

I somehow changed my outlook 2007 sot that I can see categories (INBOX, etc.)
in the navigation planel, but the panel to the right which show the folder
(INBOX) at the top and the messages below has disappeared. I can access some
of the messages from the FILE/OPEN/SELECTED ITEMS, but not all the items in
the inbox, etc.

How can I reset my outlook?
