My point exactly -- one should consult a layer to determine if, in one's
geographic location, a proposal, once accepted by the second party, becomes,
in fact, a contract.
If, in one's location, acceptance of a proposal causes the proposal to
become a contract, then one would be foolish to use a generic form that may,
or may not, contain the legal language required in one's locality.
