I need a daily journal or "dear diary".

I would like to make or get a template for a daily journal or diary. One
that would have the day's name and date and set up so that can just type in
my comments. I also would like to "select" a date to view and also have it
easy to browse through.

I can also custom design one using any color you like, or perhaps
