I need a spell check dictionary

I wanted to use my spell check for an e-mail through msn and recieved a
message telling me I needed to download a dictionary either through outlook
or office. I don't believe I use either one, but I have been searching for a
dictionary to download for free through out this site, and have had no luck.
Can you help me please.
