I NEED Help...Please

I have used the Avery 5160 label template from Microsoft Publisher. I
created one label design and when I print, the entire label page has the same
label about 30 times. What I need to do is be able to print out one label at
a time, because I don't need 30 of the same one. Am I able to do this and if
so, how?

You have to create an address list. Then you create a label template with
the necessary information. Your template will look like this
(First Name) (Last name)
(address line #1)
(City) (state) (zip)
Then you have to merge the addresses with the template. I can't explain it
perfectly because I am at work & I don't have it in front of my. Do you have
the book to look up how to do this?
