I need help printing a border on a 5.18 x 7 flat card

I am trying to print a border on a flate note card 5.18 x 7 and I can't seem
to get it to fit on the card properly any help???

You will likely need to "create" a 5.18 x 7 page size or Form to work
with. In the operating system, Start, Settings, R-click on Printers
andFax,select Open, then File, Server properties, Form make the new
form there.
