i need help with files : from pps to ppt

some of my friends are sending me slide shows but i would like to save
them as individual pictures how can i chage the format once they are in my
e-mail before i save them on my computer ??

Instead of opening the PPS file, click the "File" menu and select "Save
Attachment". Open PowerPoint, click "File", "Open", browse to and select
the saved file. This will open a PPS in EDIT mode. Click "File", "Save
as", click the "Save as type" dropdown, scroll down and select "JPG" format.
You will be asked if you want to save this slide or every slide.
