Assuming you mean "Helvetica" instead of "Helvetia", that's a
copyrighted commercial font from Linotype. As far as I know, the only
way to get it for free (except piracy) is in the software bundle that
comes with some HP laser printers.
If you don't have Helvetica installed on your computer, and you open a
document that uses it, Word will automatically substitute Arial for
it. Unless your eye for typography is much more critical than average,
this substitution will be "good enough".
