I need Helvetia font - freee

Assuming you mean "Helvetica" instead of "Helvetia", that's a
copyrighted commercial font from Linotype. As far as I know, the only
way to get it for free (except piracy) is in the software bundle that
comes with some HP laser printers.

If you don't have Helvetica installed on your computer, and you open a
document that uses it, Word will automatically substitute Arial for
it. Unless your eye for typography is much more critical than average,
this substitution will be "good enough".

That's a misconception. Helvetica was never shipped with any version
of Office or Windows, as you can find out at
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/default.aspx. You may have
seen it on a computer that had an HP printer, or that had a copy of
the font separately installed. Microsoft specifically did not license
Helvetica from Linotype, and developed Arial instead.
