I need some command for PF

Hi All,

I need some command for opening a new item of my public folder's costum form in a web page like mailto:..
But mailto opens a new mail message.
I'd need something else for my PF.Where can I find it?
Or if it's needed to write code,please provide me a piece of it in VBA.
