I need to change the size of a slide to 48"x36"

Im creatign aposter and the print design place requires that the file be in
ppt, and to scale, so i need ot change my ppt file to 48x 36... how do i do
this? All i seem to be able to do is select from templates, and i guess i
need to maually do it.
