I need to create a simple, single, unified rule

I need to create a rule which will examine all inbound email to the mailbox
for a certain word in the Subject line, and when that word is found, forward
the email to another mailbox in the same Exchange 2000 organization and then
finally, delete the email from the original receiving mailbox. This sounds
simple but I can't seem to be able to put together a single unified rule to
do this. The closest I've gotten is either:

1) forwarding the email to the other mailbox based on the word in the
Subject line BUT the email is not deleted from the original mailbox

OR,

2) Deleting the email in the original mailbox BUT it doesn't get forwarded
to the other mailbox.

AM I MISSING SOMETHING?????

Running Outlook 2003 in an Exchange 2000 organization.
