I need to get some telephone network diagrams, shapes, templates

I would like to get some shapes and diagram templates for creating diagrams
specific to the telecommunications field, i.e. telephones,pbx's,people on the
phone type pictures. I can't find where to download these. Are there
manufacturer specific pictures? I am usind visio 2xxx. I know these are
avialable somewhere I have seen them before.
