I need to know how to create a CLOSE WINDOW BUTTON in frontpage

I am trying to figure out how to create a close window button for a web page that opens in a new window. After viewers finish reading it, I want them to be able to close that window. Any suggestions for an EASY way to do this? Please?

Place this in the page where you want the button to appear.
