I need to save MS Project plan as a gif. HOW?

Not all my customers have MS Project, so I need to save a copy of the Project
Plan as gif. I've tried every which way but can't fathom it out.

I've got round this by printing the plan as a PDF. If you don't have Acrobat,
there are cheaper alternatives: I use PDFWizard, which is cheap and easy to
use

Hi Ian,

If you arrange your screen as you like (zooming the view, adjusting the
split, etc.) and use the Copy Picture button on the Standard toolbar, you can
create a gif file. (Essentially a screen capture.)

In the File menu there is also a Save as Web page command. When the Export
Wizard launches choose "Use existing map". Select to use the "Export to HTML
using Standard Template." In the Map Options page of the Wizard select
"Include image file in HTML" page and select the gif file created.

If you check FAQ # 16 "Project Viewer" at:
http://www.mvps.org/project/

you will also find some links to project viewers and PDF makers.

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

I use "copy picture", but i choose "for printer" and then paste it into Word.
It is a vector picture,it is clear no matter how many times you zoom it .
if you paste it into Powerpoint, then you can save it as a .emf or .wmf file
