Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has not been upgraded
since Windows XP SP-2. The next probable upgrade for OE will most likely
come with Longhorn, due in 2006.

As it is not a part of Office, your post is off topic for this group. For
assistance with Outlook Express, please repost (not using all caps, please)
to an Outlook Express group. You can also find some excellent OE
