I only want October - NOT September - November for calendar title

In Outlook 2007 -
Calendar -> Print -> Monthly Style
with 2-page spread per month
on some months, (Specifically October 2007, for example)
Instead of getting "October 2007" as the title for that month, I get
"September 2007 - November 2007"
even when I set the date range "Sun 10/7/2007 - Sat 10/27/2007"

How can I get just "October 2007" as the title for that month?

Try the Outlook 2007 Calendar Printing Assistant instead. Available as a
download from Microsoft.
