I ran Outlook "detect and repair" and it deleted my Contacts and .

Help! I ran Outlook 2002 "detect and repair," it re-configured Office as
well and in the process deleted all my outlook files, including Contacts,
Inbox, the works. How can I restore Outlook to it's previous condition, or
at least recover these files?

It probably didn't delete the files, although it may have configured you to
another file. Do a search of your hard drive for *.pst files.
