I restored outlook pst from copy on new disk my contacts appear b.

I have had to replace my hard disk.
I restored outlook by copying a copy of my previous outlook .pst.
My contacts all show in the contacts folded and worked with active sync but
when I try to send an email I get a message saying I can't access the
addresses as either I don't have permission or they have moved.
Please help!

How did you migrate your data?
You cannot just copy a PST. You must configure Outlook to use it.
If you don't know how to do that provide your Outlook version or just read
the Help files.

I should have explained that my old hard disk failed before I could export
the pst files - I am working from a back up of the user files and copied the
old outlook file into the new folder.

Exporting would not have been the correct way to save a PST file anyway.
