I select "agree and install" to install updates, nothing happens

"AGREE AND INSTALL", NOTHING HAPPENS. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? WHY AM I NOT
ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE UPDATES?

equivalent of SHOUTING and some people also think it rude.

Secondly, what version of Office are you trying to download updates for?

When you say "nothing" happens - do mean exactly that? Absolutely nothing?
No error message at all?

Absolutely nothing happens at all. No error messages. The search for updates showed that there are 3 critical updates to be installed.
