I send emails, they get moved to the sent items but dont get deli.

I am using the outlook 2003 since a long time now. It happened about three
times now that I send emails and they get moved to the sent items folder with
no error messages whatsoever. When I check with the reciepients, I find that
they did not recieve my emails. By the way, I do net get any delivery failure
messages and my testing my account settings is working propely

Is there some sort of antispam package on your/their isp server (or on their
machine) that could be deleting the message?
