We have deployed Project Server and use Project Professional throughout the
enterprise.

A single instance of Project Professional shows seconds when totalling
resource assignments values in Resource Usage View. The task levels show
hours: its just the totals for the resource that look like 678,000s.

We tried to uninstall and reinstall the application. But the behaviour
remains.

HOW DO WE TURN IT OFF?
