i want hyperlinks to open a new window -- how?

how do i make hyperlinks open the page in a new window? i can't find
instructions for this anywhere...thanks!

thanks -- but that only seems to work if using frames -- which i'm not. i'll
try again, but i didn't have much luck the first time....thanks though!

okay, i lied -- just tried it again, and it worked. thanks! guess i didn't
reload the page the first time - - duh! thanks!
