I want links in email to open new Explorer window

When I click on a hyperlink in an email in Outlook it
changes the Explorer window last opened to the site I
clicked on in the email.

What I would like is that when I click on a link in an
email, I want it to open a brand new Explorer window so I
don't lose the site I had already opened.

Otherwise, I have to open an Explorer window before I
link to the site, so i don't lose the site I'm at and
have to go back to it. Help! Thank you.

In IE, Tools->Options->Advanced Tab. Check "Browse in New Window" or
whatever verbiage your version uses.
