I want Regular mode not Safe!

I have had a problem with Outlook for about 2 weeks. I am
unable to start in normal mode, but I can start in Safe
mode. I have swept for spyware, adware and viruses, but I
still get this error message, I have even exported most
information, uninsatlled and reinstalled and no change.
HELP!!!

find and delete or move these files so the folder is empty. If it doesn't
help, make a new profile too.

Outlook stores NK2 (nickname or autocomplete cache), SRS (send and receive
settings), XML (Navigation Pane), outlprnt, and VBA files as hidden files
in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
You can easily access it by pasting
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
in the Address bar of your browser or Windows Explorer.

Note that by default, Windows hides some of your user profile folders from
you. Change the settings in Windows Explorer's Tools, Folder Options, View
tab to show hidden files and folders and remove the check from hide system
files.
