I want return a slide to master slide formatting. How?

I have put specific colors and animation on several slides. Then I made
changes on my master slide. I want to remove the specific colors and
animation from these slides and have them revert to the new master slide
formatting. How do I do that?

You cannot do it in a single shot. You will need to restore each of the
specific colors to one of the scheme colors for the master to take effect.
