I want the company name to print on the label

I am about to begin the disheartening process of entering / transferring contact information to outlook 2003. My dilemma is that when i print in word (Tools -letters and mailing) The contacts come up ok but the labels do not list the company name only the name of the person. What am I doing wrong.

Hard to say what you are doing wrong. You didn't tell us what you are doing
to create the labels.
