i want to backup office, how do i do it without recieveing errors?

Hi, i take my laptop away with me often, and somtimes do new Windows
installations. I have copied Mirosoft Office 2003, because i dont want to
take the original copy with me. When i try to install office with the copied
disc, it says file missing and stuff, i know how to copy and it seems to copy
fine. Can anyone help me, it would be apreciated.
