I want to change to Outlook Express to recieve email

MS Outlook is not receiving my incoming mail. I want to change to Outlook
Express. How do I do this??

Open Internet Explorer.. go to Tools - Internet Options - Programs and set
Outlook Express as your default mail handler..

Now go to this website for instructions on how to set up OE as your mail
client..
