I want to lock Power Point file, not to edit

I want to lock Power Point file, not to allow anybody can edit the content of
this file. Please give me a solution. thanks.

In PowerPoint 2002/XP and above, you can password protect your presentation
so that the presentation will be read only.

To do so,
click Tools > Options > Security.
Set the password to modify, and click OK.
Save your presentation.

PowerPoint 2000 and below do not offer password protection. BUt there are
other workarounds.
