I want to update Office, lost CD, how can update?

Buy a legal copy

Although you don't "technically" need the old disk to upgrade, you do need
it "legally". Plus if you get another computer and want to load Office on
it, you will need that qualifying product CD. I'd suggest you start looking
for that lost CD.
