*.iaf files

I would like to be able to export an email account from Outlook Express on
my computer and send the file to a friend who would like to import it into
Microsoft Outlook.
If I export the account as a *.iaf file in OE, is it possible to then import
the *.iaf file directly into Outlook? If so, how might I go about this?

I don't think so, but your friend can import the .iaf file into OE on his
machine and then export it to Outlook on the same machine.

No, outlook doesn't use iaf. He could import it into OE then import the
account into OL though.
