Icon for Outlook 2003 Missing

My Icon for Outlook 2003 is missing from the top of my
start menu. How do I get it back.

Make Outlook the default email program! Right click on
the task bar, properties, Start Menu, customize, At the
bottom of the screen, make sure it says Outlook 200*

I have the same issue and making Office the default email program doe
not bring back the icon. When I switch between Outlook Express an
Hotmail they each have their respective icons but when Outlook 2003 i
selected the default (not associated with a program) icon i
displayed.
